ABOUT

Santa Cecilia & Semionauta converge in a collaboration that merges the artistic visions of Cecilia Lentini and Giordano Fiacchini.

Their research focuses on experiential works that, through music, light design, body, and technology, create dreamlike spaces and parallel dimensions. Real-time compositions, installations, and performances immerse the audience in continuously evolving narrative tensions.

Interdisciplinary collaborations with artists from diverse fields fuel the direction of monumental durational performances, where each practice is explored both dramaturgically and symbolically.

Their work, presented at contemporary music and art festivals, transforms these spaces into hubs of research and experimentation. Here, they establish site-specific dialogues with the environment—often industrial—and with the artists involved, developing a hybrid, workshop-based practice where critical exchange fuels the artistic process.

Their intent is to unify a collective vision, where different perspectives are valued both aesthetically and conceptually.

In recent years, the duo’s research has centered on collective memory, revisiting ancient sounds, traditional instruments, and ancestral vocalities. Their work explores the mythical realm of archetypal imagination, juxtaposing ancient memories with contemporary symbols of Mediterranean folklore.

Since 2020, they have been the founders and artistic directors of Ecosistemi Artificiali, a platform dedicated to the intersection of art and technology. The project promotes hybrid formats between artistic practice and education, fostering collaborations with cultural institutions, festivals, and universities.
